By downloading, installing, or using Super Cleaner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Description of Service

Super Cleaner is a device optimization application that helps users free up storage space, remove duplicate files, compress media, and organize their device content. The app operates entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit personal data. When explicitly authorized by the user, Super Cleaner may access Google services (Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive, Google Contacts) to provide enhanced cleaning functionality in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

User Responsibilities

When using Super Cleaner, you agree to:

Use the app responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose
Back up important data before using cleaning features
Review files before deletion to ensure you want to remove them
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
Understand that Google API access requires your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings
Comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Google integration features

IMPORTANT: Super Cleaner is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific requirements or that it will operate error-free.

Limitation of Liability

SUPER CLEANER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DATA LOSS that may occur from using this application, including but not limited to:

Accidental deletion of important files or data
Device malfunction or performance issues
Loss of personal information or media files
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up your data before using any cleaning features.

Data Backup Recommendation

Before using Super Cleaner's cleaning features, we strongly recommend backing up your device. While our app is designed to help you safely remove unnecessary files, any file deletion carries inherent risks, and we cannot recover deleted data.

Third-Party Service Integration

Super Cleaner may integrate with third-party services, including Google APIs, to enhance functionality. When using these integrations:

You are subject to the respective third-party service terms and policies
Google API integrations are governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services
Third-party service access can be revoked independently without affecting core app functionality

Important: Our Privacy Policy contains detailed information about how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared when you authorize Google service integrations.

App Store Terms

Your use of Super Cleaner is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of any conflict between these terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using Super Cleaner at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
